BOOTCAMP - The Foundation
All training and coaching begins with the Speak Like a Leader Boot Camp.
It is the prerequisite for any further training with John. (An online version is available, for convenience, if preferred or desired as a supplement to the live training.)
All training is done in a very safe, supportive and respectful environment. John is very happy to do key person interviews so that he can better understand the audience, the need and the desired outcomes.
What is it about
This is a 4 hour to 3 day training in Leadership Communication neuro-hacking; the human evolutionary biology and neurophysiology of effective human communication with an emphasis on leadership, connection, inspiration and results.
By diving deep on the biology of emotional intelligence, presence, connection, authenticity, and great leadership it generates powerful new contexts, mindsets, understandings and insights among your leaders which will dramatically elevate their public speaking, pitching, fundraising, and overall communication ability, and at the same time it gives deep realizations that translate into better overall people management, life and leadership abilities.
